What is thermography? Thermography is essentially a temperature photograph. Heat is part of the infrared spectrum located below visible light. Everything around us emits heat or infrared energy and this can be captured as a picture that can allow for it to be viewed. In machinery and equipment a localised increase in heat is a likely indicator of a hidden problem. Detecting and correcting these problems within a scheduled maintenance program can save large, costly and time consuming breakdowns. Regular surveys and report of potential faults as part of a schedules preventative/predictive program Is highly recommended. To assist in providing a reliable maintenance schedule we can develop a regular program of surveys and produce reports to assist your maintenance team, keep your plant in optimal condition to avoid those costly and inconvenient plant failures.
