Environmental conditions can produce unforeseen effects on processes and result in variations in output consistency and quality.

|
The data collected is date and time stamped to allow the environmental conditions to be correlated to the events to be investigated.
Measuring and recording the environmental conditions and correlating them with the changes in process output can identify otherwise undetermined cause and effect, which when discovered and confirmed, would then be able to be corrected or mitigated.

The data may also be reproduced graphically to enable easier interpretation. This is supplied with the compiled investigation report.

The parameters measured and logged are determined by the nature of the diagnostic investigation being carried out.
Parameters can also be defined by the customer depending on their requirements.
